3. Use the handle straps to hold the massager in place and adjust pressure.
4. Select your preferred speed level using the control buttons.
5. Turn on the heat function if desired. Heat warms up to 104°F gradually.
6. Use for up to 15 minutes per session. The device will auto shut-off after 15 minutes.
7. Reposition as needed for shoulders, upper back, lower back, or legs.
8. Unplug when finished. Do not use while sleeping or bathing.
