At Lumera, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping to customers across the United States. All orders are fulfilled by our international supplier and delivered directly to your US address.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled by our international supplier and shipped directly to your US address. We do not ship to international destinations.
Shipping availability, delivery times, and carrier options may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are shipped internationally from our supplier and delivered within the United States. Estimated delivery times reflect the full transit period from our overseas fulfillment center to your US address.
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days
- Transit Time: 4–9 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to:
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Certain remote or restricted areas
We do ship to PO Boxes, but delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
6. Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, or if a package is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumeraofficial.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help provide a resolution.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.
